Parent Portal

The PowerSchool SIS (Student Information System) Parent Portal is an online resource that gives parents/guardians access to your child(ren's) homework assignments, grades, and more. 

Existing Parent Portal account holders 

The PowerSchool SIS Parent Portal interface is user-friendly and gives parents/guardians access to:

  • Grades and attendance

  • Test results

  • Grade history

  • Attendance history

  • Email notifications (grades and school announcements)

  • Teacher comments

  • School bulletins

  • Calendars

Electronic Request for a new PowerSchool SIS Parent Portal Account

Parent/Guardians requesting PowerSchool SIS Parent Portal account access will need to have the following documentation to complete the process.

  • Copy/picture of Government-issued photo ID

  • Copy/picture of a Utility Bill, Home Rental Lease or Mortgage Statement with your name as it appears on your photo ID and address of the person requesting access

Click on the web link (URL) below to in order to complete the online PowerSchool SIS Parent Portal New Account Request Form (a Google Form).

After completing the online form, your child's school Data Manager will process your request. When complete, the Data Manager will email the requesting parent the following information:

  • Unique Access ID and Password from the school(s) that your child(ren) attend.  You will need this information to complete the PowerSchool SIS Parent Portal Account Creation website.

  • A weblink (URL) to be able to surf to the PowerSchool SIS Parent Portal Account Creation website. Note that this web page is no longer published on any of our websites. It can only be found in the email that will be sent to the requesting parent or guardian.

Parents and guardians are required to complete the electronic request for Parent/Guardian accounts using the online form for each school their child(ren) attend in the district to be able to set up accounts. Please click on the Clipboard icon to the right to begin the Parent Portal Account Request process for your child(ren's) school(s).  One Parent Account will allow multiple children to be linked with the provided access IDs and access passwords. The accounts are secure, so please don't share your information and passwords with anyone else.  It is not recommended to create your PowerSchool Parent Portal account using a mobile device.
