All high schools maintain graduation records for students from the most recent 5 years.  
Contact the graduation school for transcripts if the student has graduated within the past 5 years.

Former students that have graduated prior to the most recent 5 years can request their records by one of the following methods:

Record request costs are identified on each page based on the request type.

Graduates who fall into the following categories are eligible to receive free/reduced cost transcripts

• All WS/FCS Employees

• Police Officers

• Firemen

• Active Duty Soldiers

• Psy. Centers

• Homeless Centers

• Courts

• FBI - Must have signed release form, refer to the law office if needed

• Homeland Security - Must have signed release form, refer to the law office if needed

• Broughton - Only pay $5.00 for all records
