Superintendent's Student Advisory Council

Members of the Superintendent’s Student Council will use their communication and leadership skills to:

  • discuss topics of interest that affect students throughout Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools

  • strengthen students’ advocacy to promote positive change within schools and across the district

  • serve as liaisons between their schools and the central office

  • encourage student voice by addressing issues, sharing perspectives, and providing feedback

  • develop projects that will enhance the schools’ culture and learning environment

  • increase student involvement in district initiatives and programs
