East Forsyth High School is located at 2500 W. Mountain Drive in Kernersville, North Carolina and is one of seventeen high schools in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System. We have approximately 1700 students in grades 9 through 12 with many students taking classes at Forsyth Technical Community College and the Career Center in downtown Winston-Salem.
